RETURN POLICIES

Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS (exceptions). When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to the corresponding e-mail address used at checkout with tracking details.
Standard Shipping:
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive via USPS standard shipping. Items that will take longer to process/ship will be stated in the item's description.
Priority Mail Shipping:
Please allow 1 business day for processing and up to 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Express orders placed before 3 pm, EST will be shipped the same day excluding weekends & holidays.
Please allow up to 7-15 days for international shipping via UPS.
Returns:
Ahlani's Collection does not allow exchanges, returns & refunds. Please be sure to select your correct size. If you’re unsure of what size to order please send an e-mail info to Ahlanitruco@gmail.com and we will help you choose the correct size. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size, or damaged item please email info to Ahlanitruco@gmail.com with a photo of the item you received along with the order number
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and intact. Any returned items that appear to be worn. washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit. Items that do not meet the terms will be returned to the customer.
Original shipping fees are not refundable and not applicable for store credit.
